Just because you see it on the site doesn't mean it's in stock at the store. We update our inventory as often as possible, but sometimes it's really HOPPING in here and we can't guarantee availability. Of course we can order it for you - provided it is still available from our suppliers and network of magical musical elves.
If It seems too good to be true, it probably is. If you see something on our site that is out of print, the best policy is to email us and ask if we really have it. If we don't then you are at least alerting us so we can flag it in the master database as "out of print."
Some of this data is hand-entered. That means there may be mistakes. We are doing our best to deliver you the widest selection of content available for mail order, as well as in the store. Mistakes happen, we are all human...well, most of us (I don't know about that sheep guy).
